Requirements of the Physician

• Physician Assistant Program or Nurse Practitioner Program Completion Required
• Have or can acquire a GA license
• 1 year of PA or NP Experience Required
• Experience in ENT, Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Pediatrics Preferred
