Requirements of the Physician

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Have/will complete Otolaryngology Residency
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to Rhinology, Laryngology, and Pediatric Otolaryngologists
